“Service” means the Domain Stabilizer software and related features. “Account” is the customer profile. “We”, “us”, or “Provider” means Maikel Pérez Martínez, a sole proprietor registered in Ecuador (RUC 1756396337001), operating as “Domain Stabilizer”. “Paddle” acts as Merchant of Record for payments.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you accept these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.
Domain Stabilizer is a SaaS platform that diagnoses and helps stabilize the configuration of domains across six areas: email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), SSL/TLS, DNS, MX, blacklists, and uptime.
The Service provides diagnostics, recommendations, and copy-ready “recipes” (instructions) that you apply, at your own responsibility, at your own DNS or hosting provider. Domain Stabilizer does not send email on your behalf and does not access or modify your DNS records. We read publicly available information and, only where you explicitly enable it, aggregated DMARC (RUA) reports.
The Service includes:
You must be at least 18 and have legal capacity to contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, safeguarding your credentials, and all activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts for violations of these Terms or for abusive use.
To protect the stability of the Service, we apply technical limits (for example: caps on concurrent stabilization windows and watched domains per account, minimum intervals between scans, and cooldowns on on-demand re-scans). Current limits may be enforced through technical controls. We may temporarily adjust scan frequency or ask you to free up capacity if your usage affects Service stability. We will try to warn you when you approach a limit.
Free diagnosis. Scanning and diagnostics are free and require only a registered account — no card.
Stabilization windows and packs. A stabilization window is a one-time purchase per domain — not a subscription. Packs are prepaid bundles of windows, valid for 12 months from purchase; unused windows expire after that period and are not recoverable. This expiration is shown at checkout before you buy.
Regression Watcher. After a stabilization window closes, the Watcher is included free for 90 days. Continuing after that period is optional and opt-in — you authorize recurring charges only if you choose to continue, and you may cancel anytime through Paddle. Cancellation stops future charges; elapsed billing periods are not refunded or prorated, except where required by applicable law or Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
Immediate start of service. Because a stabilization window is a digital service that begins as soon as you open it, you agree at checkout that the service starts immediately. To the extent permitted by applicable law and Paddle’s Buyer Terms, once the window has started, cancellation/refund rights may be limited because the service has already begun. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Payments and taxes. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for paid purchases. Paddle is responsible for payment processing, applicable tax calculation and collection, invoices/receipts where applicable, and refunds and chargebacks under Paddle’s terms. We provide the software service and product support.
Pricing changes. We may update prices or features. We will give reasonable advance notice; changes apply to future purchases and to the next billing cycle for active subscriptions.
Some features may be labeled “Beta” or “Preview”. They are provided “as is”, may change without notice, and are not part of any service-level commitment.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and Paddle’s Buyer Terms (including Paddle’s 14-day refund window for eligible purchases, and the immediate-start exception for stabilization windows described above). Please refer to the Refund Policy for the full terms.
Ownership. You own the data and domains you register. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service.
Personal data. We process the minimum personal data needed to run the Service (for example, your account email), as described in our Privacy Policy.
Technical metadata. We collect and process technical metadata (DNS, SSL, uptime signals) to deliver the Service. Only where you enable it, we may process aggregated DMARC (RUA) reports.
Subprocessors. We use third-party subprocessors (for example, hosting, transactional email, and Paddle) under appropriate agreements and safeguards.
Confidentiality. We will not disclose your confidential information except as legally required or as needed to provide the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to violate laws, infringe third-party rights, perform intrusions, aggressive scraping, or API abuse; not to circumvent security, limits, or technical controls; to respect anti-spam and anti-phishing rules; and to maintain control of and authorization over the domains you diagnose or stabilize. We may suspend or terminate access for activities that, in our reasonable judgment, risk the security or stability of the Service. If you submit domains or technical data on behalf of a client, employer, or other third party, you represent that you have the necessary authorization to do so and that you are responsible for obtaining any required approvals, notices, or consents from that third party.
We aim for high availability, but the Service may be affected by maintenance, third-party failures, or causes beyond our control. We may improve or change features and will notify you when the impact is relevant. Support is provided by email. The Service does not include a contractual service-level agreement (SLA) unless separately agreed in writing.
Security. We maintain reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. If you discover a vulnerability, please contact us at security@domainstabilizer.com before disclosing it.
The Service and its components (software, marks, documentation) are owned by us or our licensors. You grant us a royalty-free license to internally use any feedback you provide to improve the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant exhaustive diagnostics, fitness for a particular purpose, error-free results, or that recommendations (“recipes”) will produce specific effects in your environment. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and applying any changes in your own systems (DNS, servers, certificates, etc.). We are not responsible for outcomes arising from changes you or third parties make to your DNS or infrastructure. Recommendations are based on publicly observable signals and, where enabled, the DMARC reports or technical data available to the Service at the time of the scan. Results may change as DNS propagation, third-party services, blocklists, certificate status, or hosting conditions change.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to liability. Nothing limits liability for willful misconduct or where it cannot be excluded by law.
If you use the Service on behalf of a business, agency, organization, or third party, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your lack of authorization over domains you submit, or your breach of these Terms.
You may cancel anytime from your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if your usage risks the security or operation of the Service. Upon termination, we may retain data as required by law and our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you are not located in an embargoed country nor on any sanctions list, and that you will not use the Service where prohibited by export or sanctions laws (including U.S., EU, and other applicable jurisdictions).
We may update these Terms. We will publish the current version with its date and, for material changes, notify you by reasonable means. Continued use implies acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ecuador, excluding conflict-of-laws principles. Except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise, the courts of Quito, Ecuador, will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the Service. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory local consumer rights, those rights remain unaffected.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
Severability. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force to the maximum extent permitted by law.
