Refund Policy

1. Overview

Payments for Domain Stabilizer are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. This policy works together with Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Where this policy is silent, Paddle’s terms apply.

2. 14-day refund

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, in line with Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Refund eligibility is determined by Paddle, applicable law, and the conditions below.

Important — digital services that begin immediately:

A stabilization window is a digital service that starts as soon as you open it. When you purchase and open a window, you agree that the service begins immediately and that Domain Stabilizer may begin delivering the service before the end of any applicable 14-day refund or withdrawal period. To the extent permitted by applicable law and Paddle’s Buyer Terms, once a stabilization window has started and you have begun using or benefiting from it, refund rights for that window may be limited because the service has already begun.

Windows you have purchased but not yet opened remain eligible for refund within the 14-day period, subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms, Paddle’s Refund Policy, and applicable law.

3. Window packs

Packs are prepaid bundles of stabilization windows.

  • Refundable within 14 days of purchase if no window from the pack has been opened, subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms, Paddle’s Refund Policy, and applicable law. Once any window has been opened, the pack is considered in use; any refund request will be reviewed according to Paddle’s rules and applicable law.
  • Unused windows expire 12 months after purchase and are not refundable or recoverable after expiry. This expiration is shown at checkout before you buy.
4. Regression Watcher (subscription)
  • The Watcher is free for the first 90 days after a window closes.
  • Continuing after 90 days is optional and opt-in — you are only charged if you choose to continue.
  • You can cancel anytime through Paddle; cancellation stops future charges at the end of the current billing period. Elapsed billing periods are not refunded or prorated, except where required by applicable law, Paddle’s Buyer Terms, or Paddle’s Refund Policy.
5. Free diagnosis

Scanning and diagnostics are free. There is nothing to refund.

6. How to request a refund

Request a refund through Paddle using the link in your purchase confirmation email, or via paddle.net. Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method.

7. Technical failures

If a purchased service cannot be delivered due to a technical failure on our side, you are entitled to a refund or replacement, in line with Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
