Getting started
What is Domain Stabilizer?
A tool for agencies and teams that manage client domains. It analyzes six areas — deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), SSL, DNS, MX, blacklists and uptime — and with continuous stabilization it guides you to fix what’s broken, protects every improvement that holds and leaves you the evidence to prove it to your client.
Is the analysis free?
Yes. Analyze any domain across all six checks at no cost: no card and no subscription. Only continuous stabilization is paid, and its first month is free.
Do I need an account?
Not for the public diagnosis: it asks for no account and no email. To save your domains, organize them by client and analyze them again, you sign up with your email and we send a one-time code — there is no password to remember. Signing up is free.
Which languages are available?
ES, EN and PT (interface and reports).
Can I work with my team?
Yes. You invite your colleagues by email and give each one a role — Owner, Operator or Viewer — and the Workspaces they work on. Everyone signs in with their own email.
Where can I see service status?

Scanning & diagnostics
How does the scan work?
Enter a domain and Domain Stabilizer checks what that domain shows in public: its DNS records, the certificate its site presents, its mail servers, blocklists, and whether the site responds. You install nothing, you give us no access to your servers, and we do not read your email.
What does the scan check?
Six modules in a single run: Deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), SSL/TLS, DNS, MX, Blacklists and Uptime.
Why are my emails going to spam?
Most often it’s a deliverability misconfiguration — a broken SPF record, a missing DKIM signature, or DMARC that isn’t aligned. The free scan checks all three and tells you exactly what to fix, with copy-ready DNS records.
How do I fix SPF?
The scan detects SPF errors (too many lookups, missing includes, wrong syntax) and gives you the corrected record to paste at your DNS provider. Then re-scan to confirm it’s valid.
Can Domain Stabilizer change my DNS?
No. We provide diagnostics and copy-paste recipes. You apply changes at your DNS provider (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, etc.).
How do you protect my data?
For your domains we only check public information. Your account data travels encrypted (TLS) and is stored encrypted at rest; production access is restricted. You sign in with a one-time code and can add two-factor authentication. You can export your account data at any time. Details at Privacy and Security.
Continuous stabilization
What is continuous stabilization?
It is what you turn on for a domain to stabilize it and keep it stable. The domain is measured continuously, you are told what to fix first — with the copy-ready DNS value — and each change is checked until it holds. What holds becomes protected: if something slips back, we tell you what changed and how to recover it.
How often is a domain measured?
Each of the six modules is measured on its own schedule, and that schedule depends on its state: a module with something in progress — its starting state being measured, an improvement under verification or an open regression — follows a different schedule, normally a more frequent one, than a stable module. The domain dashboard shows each measurement with its date.
Does it have an end date?
No. It is not a cycle that opens and closes: it runs for as long as the domain is in your plan. When there is nothing left to fix, it slows down and checks that what you achieved is still in place.
Do I have to turn it on for all my domains?
No. The plan covers a number of domains at a time and you choose which. You can change them whenever you want; the rest keep the free analysis.
What if I don’t control my client’s DNS?
You still get the full analysis and the exact fixes to apply. You — or whoever manages the DNS — apply them, and we verify the result on the next measurement: Domain Stabilizer never needs access to your DNS. To turn on continuous stabilization we do ask you to publish a TXT record confirming you control the domain.
What happens if a domain’s verification lapses?
Verification expires and is renewed by publishing a new code; we email you before it lapses. If it lapses, nothing is switched off: the domain stays under continuous stabilization and keeps using its place in your plan. You will see a notice on its dashboard and get a reminder with the two ways out: renew the verification, or turn continuous stabilization off for a domain you no longer manage.
What if I make a change on purpose?
If a change that was flagged as a regression was intentional, you accept it with its reason and it becomes what is protected. Who accepted it and why is recorded.
What can I hand my client?
Monthly reports with what was done and what improved, a portal under your brand where they see the state of their domains, and a seal to verify each report.
Does my client see Domain Stabilizer or my brand?
Your brand. You set your logo, your name, your color and your contact email, and your client’s portal, their reports and the notices they receive go out with it.
How does my client get into their portal?
You invite them: you add their contact person by email from that client’s Workspace. They sign in with a one-time code sent by email, no password, and see only the domains you choose. They need no account of their own and pay nothing.
What data do you keep about my client’s contact person?
Their name, their email, and when they enter the portal; if you turn it on, also whether they open the emails. You decide who you add and what they receive, and you can remove their access or delete them at any time. They can stop receiving the emails with a link carried in each one. We send them no marketing. Details at Privacy.
Payments & refunds
What does it cost?
Analysis is free. Continuous stabilization is a monthly subscription by the number of domains you want under it at the same time — prices and what each plan includes are at Pricing.
How does the free month work?
The first month of the subscription is free, once per account. A card is required when you subscribe and nothing is charged until it ends; a few days before, we email you what will be charged and what was achieved. If you cancel before then, nothing is charged.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from Billing. The service runs until the end of the period already paid and there are no further charges. You can also upgrade immediately or downgrade at the end of the period.
Can you raise my price?
The price of your plan does not change while your subscription remains active, including when you change plan. Taxes may vary. If you cancel and come back later, the price in effect on that date applies.
What happens to my domains if I cancel?
Continuous stabilization stops at the end of the paid period. Your domains and their history are kept, and the free analysis remains available.
Do you charge taxes?
Paddle (our Merchant of Record) calculates and collects VAT/GST where applicable.
Can I ask for a refund?
You can request a refund of the first charge after the trial month within 14 days of that charge. It is requested through Paddle, which decides it; when it is granted, the subscription ends. The covered cases and the process are in our refund policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit or debit card and the other methods Paddle offers in your country (for example, PayPal).

How can I contact support?
If you already have an account, use “Report a problem” inside the console: it sends, with your message, the screen you were on and the technical details we need, and you get an acknowledgement by email. Otherwise, email support@domainstabilizer.com. We typically reply within 1–2 business days (ES/EN/PT). More ways at Contact.
