Getting started

What is Domain Stabilizer?

A tool for agencies and teams that manage client domains. It diagnoses six areas — deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), SSL, DNS, MX, blacklists and uptime — then guides you through a stabilization window to fix what’s broken and prove it to your client.

Is the diagnosis free?

Yes. Scan any domain across all six checks at no cost — no account, no card. You only pay when you open a stabilization window.

Do I need an account?

Yes — a quick signup with your email. It’s free; you only pay when you choose to stabilize a domain.

Which languages are available?

ES, EN and PT (interface and reports).

Where can I see service status?

At /en/status. History and RSS/Atom/iCal at /en/status/history.

Scanning & diagnostics

How does the scan work?

Enter a domain and Domain Stabilizer queries public DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, SSL, etc.). We never touch your email or servers.

What does the scan check?

Six modules in a single run: Deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), SSL/TLS, DNS, MX, Blacklists and Uptime.

Why are my emails going to spam?

Most often it’s a deliverability misconfiguration — a broken SPF record, a missing DKIM signature, or DMARC that isn’t aligned. The free scan checks all three and tells you exactly what to fix, with copy-ready DNS records.

How do I fix SPF?

The scan detects SPF errors (too many lookups, missing includes, wrong syntax) and gives you the corrected record to paste at your DNS provider. Then re-scan to confirm it’s valid.

Can Domain Stabilizer change my DNS?

No. We provide diagnostics and copy-paste recipes. You apply changes at your DNS provider (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, etc.).

How do you protect my data?

We only read public DNS. Encryption in transit (TLS), minimal access controls. Details at /en/legal/privacy and /en/legal/security.

Stabilization window

What is a stabilization window?

A guided cycle you open on a domain. It takes a baseline, re-scans periodically, gives you an action plan with copy-ready DNS fixes, and closes with a report documenting what was done and what improved. One-time payment, no subscription.

How long does a window last?

It runs for a set period, visible the whole time, then closes.

What if I don’t control my client’s DNS?

You still get the full diagnosis and the exact fixes to apply. You (or whoever manages the DNS) apply them — we verify the result on the next scan. Domain Stabilizer never needs access to your DNS.

Can I buy several windows at once?

Yes — packs let you buy windows in bulk at a lower cost per window, valid for 12 months. Ideal if you manage many clients. See /en/pricing.

Regression Watcher

What is the Regression Watcher?

After a window closes, the Watcher keeps that stabilized domain from quietly slipping back. It uses the closing state as its baseline and alerts you only when something regresses — not on every change.

Do I have to pay for it?

It’s free for the first 90 days after a window closes. After that it’s optional, from a flat monthly price by portfolio size — you choose whether to continue. See /en/pricing.

Is it a subscription?

The Watcher is — optional and cancel-anytime. The stabilization window is not: that’s a one-time payment.

Payments & refunds

What does it cost?

Diagnosis is free. A stabilization window is a one-time payment per domain — see current pricing at /en/pricing. The optional Watcher is a flat monthly subscription by portfolio size.

Do you charge taxes?

Paddle (our Merchant of Record) calculates and collects VAT/GST where applicable.

Refunds?

14-day guarantee. Covered cases and process at /en/legal/refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit/debit cards, PayPal and other local methods processed by Paddle.

Support

How can I contact support?

Email support@domainstabilizer.com or use the form at Contact. We reply in 24-48 business hours (ES/EN/PT).
